Tom Chamberlain has 20 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry, including 13 years selling DAS solutions to carriers, integrators, neutral host providers, REITs, and enterprise customers across all vertical markets. Tom began his career selling OSP fiber optic network construction services to carriers and power utility companies. He sold ODAS solutions for Mikom, which was acquired by Andrew Corp. in 2003, and Tom continued selling ODAS and In-Building DAS products for Andrew. He has since held positions selling In-Building DAS products and solutions with MobileAccess, ADRF, and integrators. Tom joined Westell Technologies in 2015 and has sales responsibility for the Northeast.
Since 2003 I have been actively involved in the DAS industry and held positions with both OEMs and integrators. I have had the opportunity to work with carriers, neutral host companies, building owners, OEMs, distributors, consultants and integrators as the wireless DAS industry evolved to deploy new technologies to enhance outdoor and in-building coverage and capacity,” said Tom Chamberlain, Area VP Sales, Westell. “Many organizations strive to create an open forum for discussion and the exchange of valuable ideas, but all too often they fail to meet that goal because they do not effectively balance the collective input of all parties of members. NEDAS is a successful organization because they are continuously adjusting to meet the educational needs of their members and targeted audience. I can’t recall a time when I ever attended an NEDAS conference and I did not walk away with a new contact, new idea, or a project that did not lead directly to revenue for myself or one of my industry colleagues. – Tom Chamberlain, Area VP Sales, Westell Technologies
