Richard FannAssociate DAS/RF Engineering JB&B Jaros Baum & Bolles

    Richard Fann specializes in DAS/RF engineering for JB&B with over 36 years of experience in RF and public safety two-way radio, including 16 years of experience in public safety radio and cellular distributed antenna systems (DAS).  He has a wide range of experience with new construction and retrofit projects within the United States, including hospitals, commercial and residential towers, airports, sporting venues and industrial complexes.  Mr. Fann employs combined experience in engineering, consulting and executive technical management to provide a holistic view of projects and applications.  He is a subject-matter expert (SME) in Emergency Responder Radio Coverage Systems and FDNY Auxiliary Radio Communication Systems.  Some of his notable projects include Hudson Yards, the World Trade Center Site Redevelopment, Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park, Yankee Stadium and Honeywell HQ.

    Mr. Fann is a graduate of the United States Air Force Technical School, Keesler AFB, MS and the United States Army Signal Center, Fort Gordon, GA.  He is an iNARTE Certified Engineer and holds a General Radiotelephone Operator License (GROL).  He is also a Certified In-Building Engineering Technologist with a certificate in Advanced RF.
