For the last two years as the Telecommunication Division Manager, Josh Dotson has been the vision behind providing private utility locating applications to the telecommunications industry. GPRS’s approach in the telecommunication industry is client focused and centered around GPRS’s Subsurface Investigation Methodology (SIM). SIM represents expertise in technology blended with the on-site experience accumulated by GPRS since its inception in 2001.

Josh has been a member of the Common Ground Alliance, local Subcontractors Associations, and the PCCA, Power and Communications Contractors Association. He has presented at conferences regarding the GPR applications of utility location and concrete scanning.
