Jim McCulloch is the Senior Vice President of Real Estate of Vertical Bridge. McCulloch is responsible for the development and expansion of Vertical Bridge’s real estate portfolio.

Prior to joining Vertical Bridge, McCulloch was Vice President of Real Estate for Global Tower Partners (GTP) where he developed the company’s real estate portfolio, and expanded existing landlord relationships.

His experience also includes serving as partner at DGP Development, a leading provider of Distributed Antenna Systems to hotels and sports stadiums and a successful consulting practice advising buyers, sellers, and owners of commercial real estate on a variety of technology and financial matters. Additionally, he was vice president of Information Technology for Destination Hotels and Resorts.
