Iris Dawson began her career in telecommunications in 2012 at inRange Solutions as the
4th employee. She began as a project coordinator and worked her way up to a Site
Acquisition Agent, then Project Manager and finally to her current role as Vice President
of Site Development. inRange Solutions provides full turnkey program management,
real estate, construction management, and engineering services specializing in
telecommunications. inRange remains an industry standout with its creative and
strategic leadership, bringing out-of-the-box innovation and efficiency to
telecommunications development. Due to inRange's continued success, Iris has been at
the forefront of process architecture and implementation for a major wireless carrier as
they adopt the inRange method of program / project management. Iris is born and
raised in Northern New Jersey where she currently resides with her husband and 3
young children.
