    Dave Miller is the head of WiredScore in DC & Boston where he is responsible for driving the company’s strategic growth. Wired Certification, the product of WiredScore, is the internationally recognized digital connectivity rating system for commercial real estate helping landlords design and promote their buildings’ digital connectivity. Relationship-driven and forward-thinking, Dave works with leading landlords and developers to ensure that their buildings meet the ever-important connectivity standards and needs of today’s businesses. For more than a decade, Dave has been driving the success of a number of startups throughout Greater Boston that are focused on commercial real estate. Prior to WiredScore, he ran business development for Denver-based PropTech company PivotDesk, where he was responsible for growth and commercial real estate relations in New England and New York City. Before that, he was instrumental in the growth of global startup accelerator MassChallenge, connecting hundreds of mentors, corporate sponsors and entrepreneurs who went on to further establish successful concepts and companies. Dave is an expert thought leader on trends in real estate and technology which he demonstrates through his involvement on the Urban Land Institute’s Real Estate Technology Council and in NAIOP Massachusetts, a commercial real estate development association. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor’s degree in business administration focusing on entrepreneurship/entrepreneurial studies. Outside of the office, Dave dedicates his time to bringing awareness to local and national issues and is the co-founder of the No Kid Hungry young professional group, Boston Society. He has run the Boston Marathon multiple times to raise funds for Camp Kita, a non-profit dedicated to children impacted by suicide, and The Red Cross. Dave grew up in the Boston area and lives in the city. As an avid outdoorsman, he can be found sailing, skiing, and fishing in his spare time.
