Leslie J. Snyder, Managing Partner at Snyder & Snyder, LLP.

Leslie J. Snyder is the managing Partner at Snyder & Snyder, LLP. She is head of the Real Estate and Communications Practices and has developed a unique specialty practice involving real estate and telecommunications. Leslie has extensive experience negotiating and obtaining governmental approvals for switching facilities, distributed antenna systems (DAS), small cell facilities, and rooftop installations.   She is a former Town of Harrison attorney and currently serves as a director of the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation. Leslie graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School of Finance and holds a J.D. from NYU School of Law. In 2016, she was named once again to the New York Metro Super Lawyers list for her vast real estate and communications experience.

Joshua Broder, CEO, Tilson

Joshua Broder is CEO of Tilson, a leader in cellular, wireline, and utility network design, deployment and maintenance services. Under Josh’s leadership, Tilson has grown from less than 10 employees to 220 employees in six years, earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fasting growing private companies six years in a row. From 2010-2013, Josh led several large, successful Recovery Act funded broadband and smart grid technology infrastructure projects for Tilson. Today Tilson is deploying thousands of small cell cellular sites in the public way for cellular providers and FTTP for broadband carriers. Josh cut his teeth in leadership and technology as a US Army Signal Officer on missions in Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia, where he built and ran a large communications network in Afghanistan.

Dominic Villecco, President, V-COMM, LLC

Dominic Villecco is a 36-year veteran of the telecommunications industry and the founder and president of V-COMM, LLC. He is a qualified expert witness in telecommunications engineering in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Michigan, and has testified in Federal court on behalf of the FCC and US Department of Justice in two high-profile cases. Prior to founding V-COMM in 1995, Mr. Villecco led all engineering efforts for Comcast Cellular Communications, Inc. and Comcast International Holdings. As former Director of Engineering for American Cellular Network Corporation (AMCELL), he helped design the first regional cellular network in the United States with propriety automatic call delivery among independent carriers.Mr. Villecco is Vice President of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Public Safety Committee for the New Jersey Wireless Association (NJWA) and is on the Advisory Council for Northeast DAS & Small Cell Association. He had previously served as Vice Chairman on the Board of Advisors for Drexel University’s Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, and received the Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2001. He also served as Chairman of the Technical Subcommittee for the Association of Public Safety Officials-International, Inc. (APCO) Region 28 and its 700 MHz initiatives.Under Mr. Villecco’s leadership, V-COMM has been nominated as a top consultant in 2011 and 2016 and has been serving the telecommunications industry for 21 years.
