NEDAS Boston Shipping and Logistics Information

All NEDAS Sponsors are responsible for their individual shipping and delivery/handling charges associated with the event. In order to make the shipping and receiving process as smooth as possible, you MUST review and fill out the following Sponsor Shipment Form.

All sponsors that are shipping materials to NEDAS Boston, must use one of the provided shipping labels below.

Please use the designated colored paper, to print the label on, to ensure that the hotel and NEDAS staff can quickly identify and locate your materials.

**Please click on the appropriate shipment arrival options for your label. Each box should contain a label.**

  • Shipments arriving BEFORE July 12, 2018 – Please use THIS SHIPPING LABEL and print on BLUE paper
  • Shipments arriving AFTER July 12, 2018– Please use THIS SHIPPING LABEL and print on PURPLE  paper
  • Shipments arriving ON July 18, 2018 (DAY OF EVENT) AFTER 12:30 PM – Please use THIS SHIPPING LABEL and print on BLACK  paper

If you don’t have the color paper suggested please designate your label in large readable text in the COLOR for that label

PLEASE NOTE:

  • NEDAS will accept shipments starting on June 26, 2018.
  • All Sponsors are responsible for their individual shipping and delivery/handling charges associated with the conference. Anything charges incurred on the sponsors behalf will be invoiced back, post event.

Return Shipping Instructions

Please bring return shipment labels with you to the event. At the conclusion of the event, all return packages must be completely packaged, sealed, clearly labeled, and left on or next to the sponsor table. A NEDAS staff member will be available at the time of teardown to help collect the package(s) and take care of any requests you may have.
