Last week in our series of introductions to the NEDAS Advisory Council, a team of experts poised to help the grassroots association springboard their work at the intersection of wireless and wireline, we introduced you to Dennis Burns. Now, continuing on down the star-studded list, the next Council member we’d love for you to get to know is Carrie Charles, CEO of Broadstaff, a staffing firm specializing in the wireless telecommunications industry.

For over two decades, Carrie has been serving the telecom industry, and beyond, as an entrepreneur; life, business and career coach; professional speaker; author and thought leader. Not to mention, she is also a powerhouse when it comes to helping businesses like General Dynamics and Hewlett Packard find, retain and develop talent for their critical workforces. Beginning her career as a telecommunications specialist for the United States Marine Corps, Carrie has garnered experience from across several market spheres as VP of The Loan Corporation, CEO of Executive Centers of America and CEO of the life coaching and consulting business Design My Life, Inc.

As an individual called upon by NBC, HSN and other networks to serve as a credible and dependable source of industry insight and a featured expert, Carrie’s deep experience and innate talent makes her an indispensable NEDAS Council member. Her work concerning the technologies that will propel our connected future, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), small cells, fiber, and the Internet of Things (IoT), also gives her insight into how to best help the NEDAS community become a paragon of innovation.
