Nicholas J. Stello has been with New York City based Vornado Realty Trust since 1997. Vornado’s many acquisitions and unique assets have enabled Mr Stello to both differentiate and increase the value of Vornado’s assets by structuring innovative agreements with national cellular carriers and other related technology providers. The result of these partnerships has enabled Vornado to modernize their portfolio with highly sought-after technologies and building amenities while mutually benefiting and expanding vendor/landlord partnership. Mr Stello is currently a member of multiple Information Technology groups and associations. Mr Stello received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from St. Peter’s University.
